Shipping Policy
We press on Mondays and Thursdays and dispatch within 48 hours of your order.
Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies. Cash on delivery carries an additional ₹49 handling fee.
Delivery timelines
Gujarat: 1–2 working days. Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote pincodes may take up to 10 days.
Packaging
Oils ship in food-grade amber or PET bottles, sealed and cushioned in recycled corrugated boxes. Glass bottles get an extra honeycomb wrap.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by SMS and email at dispatch. If the tracking has not moved for 72 hours, write to us and we will chase the courier for you.
Leaks or damage
Report any leak or breakage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and bottles. We ship a free replacement, no questions asked.
