1. Use of the website

This website is operated by Devla Gandhi Pure Pressed Oil, Himmatnagar, Gujarat. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Because our products are natural and pressed in small batches, colour, aroma and sediment may vary slightly between batches — this is normal and not a defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any order.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable or if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable pincodes; in such cases a full refund is issued.

4. Returns

Sealed, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened edible oils and food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or incorrect. Report damage within 48 hours with unboxing photos.

5. Intellectual property

All content, photography and product copy on this site belongs to Devla Gandhi Pure Pressed Oil and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Himmatnagar, Gujarat.
